Generally, the coffee is good and my order is always accurate. However, there is always a significant delay (several minutes) between arriving at the order station, actually being able to put in my order (blank stares, then "oh yeah! a person! I bet she wants coffee"), then waiting for the coffee. I realize it's a student union, and always busy and I appreciate the service, but I'm sure a supervisor would be able to improve elements to make this a really standout Caribou like I have experienced at other locations.
They are constantly bombarded with a ton of students and staff for drinks and food items and I always receive my items in a timely manner. People complain about the prices but it's like obviously it's more expensive on campus than at a stand alone store?
