Update: I have been back on several occasions, all of which remain a 5 star rating! I finally tried some of the food items and was not disappointed there either. I love the chocolate croissant and the pumpkin cream muffin! Even if they mess up your order, they are happy to fix it. I can't count how many times other locations failed to care that they gave me caramel drizzel instead of dark chocolate. I absolutely adore the staff because most treat you like an old friend.
Summer was kind, and efficient ! She is a reason to visit Caribou!
Needed hot water becuase I had Raman for my lunch break and forgot I needed hot water for it. So I went up to Caribou asked if I could get hot water. Lady looked around asked "Small okay?" said yeah of course. She looked around again, grabbed the small cup, looked around again, filled up the hot water cup. Looked around once more. Gave it to me and said "Usually I'm not suppose to do this" W worker man, risking her job to give me hot water ✌️🎉 give her a raise
