When I first walked in it felt very welcoming and it smelt like delicious coffee. It wasn't too busy for a Friday afternoon and got my order taken right away. The guy checking me out remember my order and got it out very fast and smooth. I would recommend this place.

OP, 1yr ago: This used to be my Favorite, but it's time to move on. Nobody here was familiar with how to make my drink (straight from the drink training manual). I asked them to remake it- and told them exactly how to make it, and they still didn't do it right. It's 4 steps. 4 steps. The drive thru is very fast, I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes for my drink. The staff is also so welcoming and nice— we all know that working in customer service is never fun, but the staff at this caribou always seem to be in a good mood. :)
