I have been a Caribou customer for many years. The quality of the coffee continues to decline, and the service at the Minnetonka location is very unfriendly and uninviting. Too bad, as I really used to love going to Caribou.
I love Caribou, but this Caribou in particular is fantastic. The employee who helped me, Judah, was very helpful and extremely swagalicious. 10/10 would recommend.
