The staff at Caribou Coffee were amazing friendly, quick, and welcoming. I really appreciated their great attitude and service. However, I was a bit surprised that even while eating indoors, everything was served on a paper bag. I understand that’s fine for takeout, but it would feel better (and be more eco-friendly) if dine-in customers had plates or trays instead. Overall, great coffee, cozy vibe, and wonderful staff I just hope Caribou makes a small change toward a cleaner, more sustainable dining experience. ☕
