Everything started very well — the order was taken quickly, and the girl at the register was friendly and smiling. Payment went smoothly, BUT that’s where the fairytale ended. No one asked for the customer’s name. After waiting 15 minutes for my order and finally asking the cashier for a refund because I still had not received anything, I was told that my order had already been prepared and handed out. It was great my daughter loves sitting next to fire place. Drinks were amazing & the employee working have great customer service. Definitely coming back !
