Really disappointed in my drink and service recently. From being ignored while standing at the counter (not even a "hi, I'll be with you in a second") to receiving this hot mocha (this is after I received it and did NOT drink it—I just mixed in the whip cream.... why is 1/3 of the drink empty?) The other Lunds staff is great but because of this one barista, I would rather go to the other Caribou in town.
The coffee is (almost) as fabulous as the service Well done staff at Navarre Bou!
I don’t drink Caribou, but I stopped in with my kids to pick up a coffee for their mom. She’s the regular, not me. She has very specific order with special requests. Before I said anything, Suzanne already knew the order. Not my drink… Not a guess… The exact order, exactly how she likes it. That kind of awareness and attention to detail is rare.
