The gentleman that took my order was thoroughly confused. The barista just rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to make my blended espresso thick. I won’t be back to this location again.
This is directed at the so-called manager Heidi. I was in there not too long ago and ordered my usual Caribou drink. She seemed very upset about my order for some reason,and then proceeded to ring up a drink that cost over $10! I told her it never costs over $5. Then for the next few minutes she kept arguing with me about it and acting like a know-it-all with a smug attitude. Eventually she created some other drink that was over $7,50. I said no I will go to Starbucks instead, it should be under $5. And then her response?? N... read more
