Horrible customer service, stale coffee, and drab gray walls...
We used to love this spot—great coffee, solid service, and super convenient. But that all changed the moment “Sam” entered the picture. Walked in 30 minutes before closing last week and apparently committed the cardinal sin of interrupting his riveting conversation with… whoever. The attitude? Immediate. The eye-rolls? Impressive.
