They can't follow instructions. We asked for no whip and double blended. They have us with whip and I don't even think they blended it as we can't even get anything out of the huge ice chunks that block the straws. Put your phones down and actually follow the order!! Also, clean the bathroom vents and surfaces. It was gross in there.
I like their drink and sandwich offerings but the coffeeshop itself is impossible to inhabit. Whatever steam machine they use is ear piercing and can't be good for the employees. Also the 'stramer' drinks are popular, so get ready to here non stop screeching while you're inside.
Great Service every time.
