I have been a weekly, well-paying customer but have been treated with considerable disregard and surprising rudeness my past two visits. I have seldom met such unreasonably hostile customer service in my life, and am frankly very disappointed. As much as I used to like Caribou, I unfortunately will be needing to take my money elsewhere.
I like Caribou in Vermillion and the people that work there. I go there to get some work done, but sometimes the music is too loud to concentrate. Edit: @Caribou Coffee (Owner): It looks like you misread my review. I am not sharing a positive experience. The music in your shop is too loud.
