Unless you’re going through drive thru, you will be ignored and dismissed at the front register. They only focus on drive thru orders and fail to take your order until 10 minutes waiting in line.
I love this store - first of all it’s the most convenient to my home. Second, I’m a loyal caribou customer. Occasionally, they are out of stock with something I’m looking for, but I can mostly count on them. Speaking of out of stock - is there any possibility of getting the peppermint mocha candle that was available before Christmas?
Great service provided today at the drive through window. Our drinks were very good and the staff was very nice and polite!
