I am extremely disappointed by my experience at this location. During the morning rush, I stood in line and watched as Thomas P. warmly greeted every customer ahead of me. As someone visiting from out of town, I was excited to stop by and enjoy Caribou Coffee again. When it was my turn, I greeted him with a cheerful “Good morning,” but instead of receiving the same courtesy shown to others, I was met with a cold stare. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my order this morning at 7:00 AM. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was already cold, and the pastry was cold as well. This was very disappointing, especially so early in the morning. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed. Best regards,
