Was drive thru so atmosphere didn't apply. Nor did I order food. Service was quick and friendly.
What an absolute delight! Really great couple of young ladies you got working here, very efficient, extremely polite, humble, and interactive... Just wanted to announce how terrific my coffee purchase was this morning and commend a couple of great employees for being so upbeat and charming is all. I hope they have great days! Friendly service, delicious coffee. Won’t order the Turkey Asiago bagel sandwich again, but it was worth a try
I live a block from this Caribou and stop there at least once a day. There is one particular girl that works at the window that is extremely rude and has the worst customer service I have ever had to stomach for a coffee. I work in customer service and because of her alone I will drive out of my way to a Starbucks instead! Always greeted with professionalism and polite cheerfulness! I think this might be the nicest caribou I’ve been to. Always perfect coffee, and fresh tasting every time!
