Friendly helpful and fast service! They don't have any dine-in options but they have a great little patio and their drive-thru is super speedy!
I ordered a large black dark roast coffee at the drive thru. Got back on the road -took a sip - and it was luke warm. I was running late, so had no time to go back and complain. This a coffee place. Their only job is to pour hot coffee. If they can't do that right, I can only imagine the other issues they have. Plus, the drive up window servers are unprofessional and not good at their jobs. My favorite thing about Caribou is consistency. No matter which location I visit, they have each tasted the same - refreshing. I have yet to have a bad customer service experience, always friendly.
Got a large vanilla matcha but this is what I got. Like it would be nice to get a full cup for what I pay. Next caribou do better. No I didn't drink any.
