Went through the drive through and got an iced tea for there to be tons of black specs all in my drink. I’ve never had this happen before. I spent 10 minutes picking all of them out because I didn’t want to throw my drink out. I don’t know if their ice storage it dirty and needs to be cleaned. It was gross.
I love their coffees, mochas, etc. Their prices have increased along with the rest of the world. I don't go there much as they are so expensive. It's more of a treat for me now.
Ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit and received a bacon egg cheese bagel. Sadly I’m now at work! Frustrating to pay for an item you don’t want!
