Sister went for mother's dayand asked for a stilled peach black tea with a raspberry shot. The worker said they don't carry that and she couldnt make a stilled tea or put raspberry in it. Confused us since we get this drink in MN no issue and it is in fact on the menu. We asked for clarification as to why they couldn't make the drink was it out of stock,or another reason. Worker said she just can't make the drink it's not something they offer... Again it's on the menu and we have ordered at other location. Left with no drink... read more
Damn that coffee's good!
This place was extremely underwhelming .I first had their coffee in Minnesota and was excited to see that they had one in Omaha too .I was the only customer in line and the barista took forever and it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing .Unfortunately I will have to go back to Starbucks 😔
I’m from out of town and Caribou coffee is my favorite and this is one of my FAVORITE Caribous I’ve been too. Just great people and amazing coffee!!
I turned around after being told that their rewards system was down so I couldn’t use my gift card. I had doubts that was true
