Great menu and presentation. Looks just like a Starbucks set up but menu has creative items and eatables.
I love the kids at Caribou, they are great to us and we hastle them on a regular basis 😀
I prefer Caribou over all coffee but this location can never honor perks or rewards. They can never put in the deal &they make you pay full price even when you show your app, they say while you're instore or in drive-thru well you have to order ahead. Other coffee places seem to always figure out how to ring up deals.
Drinks consistently made incorrectly. Forget getting a full drink. Half the time they will jip you a quarter of your cup of coffee and refuse to fill it up. Customer service is extremely rude, and management refuses to do anything about it because it's "too hard to find help." I'm not a big advocate of Starbucks, but there is an IUSB owned Starbucks at the school. Take your business there. The drinks are more reasonable and the customer service is far better.
