I know it's hard to get young staff members to care but it's the little extras that make or break a customer experience. I ordered a coffee and an oatmeal- cost $9 in change, $10 something with a tip, which I later regretted leaving. When they brought my oatmeal, it was very watery, literally had 3 blueberries and a tiny amount of almonds sprinkled on top. The staff are always great and get my order correct every time.
Love the coffee and use to love getting the surveys to save a little $$$ but you’ve made it so hard to get surveys it’s very irritating! Really a bad choice from your marketing department!
The quality is always good, the employees are helpful and on this specific day, the barista made me feel special by acknowledging my birthday twice in my visit - one at the pos and once at pick up.
I never go to coffee shops cuz they're expensive, but why don't they have medium roast available all the time? When I went there they had medium decaf, dark roast, and light roast. Because I was in hurry I I got the dark roast.
