I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. When someone doesn't know how to do something, that's okay! You learn something new everyday, but don't lie to me and tell me you can't do something. I.e. when I order a drink a certain way, which I have done via the app and in person at this very location several times, telling me "we actually can't do that." So.
