I ordered a chocolate milk for my 4-year-old and forgot to mention no ice. When I noticed the employee was about to add ice—which I know my son doesn’t like—I politely asked if she could leave it out. She responded sharply and told me I needed to request that at the register. After I received the drink, I noticed it was extremely light, so I politely asked if she could add a little more chocolate syrup.
