The barrista clearly hates her job. She just opened the window, straight face/no smile said, "do you have a rewards card," like we just ruined her day bu existing. We were walk up customers. She didn't tell us our drinks were ready, she just set them outside the window and immediately closed it. I think they were ours? Service and one of two drinks were awful. 7/23/2025 at 5:33pm
Update 06/27/25 2:09 pm. Refused to honor free drink upgrade from the app. Told I could only use it ordering online. Rules must have changed?? They never accept half the coupons on the app like bogo. They don't participate
I ordered a coffee drink for my spouse, they gave me a coffee drink for my spouse...winning!
The girls that work there are always so very sweet and do a great job.
