I’m very disappointed with this location. I placed a mobile order for a matcha with oat milk due to a milk sensitivity, but I was given regular milk and didn’t realize it until after drinking part of it. I also ordered a blueberry croissant and received a muffin instead. When I called the store to address the issue, the employee argued that I received what I ordered, which was not accurate. I drink two cups of coffee per day, and lots of mornings I stop in twice, each time buying drinks for my kids. I was refused a refill at this location when stopping in while bringing my son to school, after I had already made a purchase earlier for my daughter and myself. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CORPORATE GREED. Completely unacceptable. I would be surprised if the beans in a cup of coffee cost them 10¢.
