Due to diabetes, Im limited on what I can have. I didnt get the young lady's name, but she has faint,pink hair and an amazing nose ring. She created a sugar free iced coffee for me that tasted amazing! She took the time to ensure my coffee had little to no sugar added. This goes above and beyond customer service! One of the many reasons Caribou is my go to coffee shop

I paid extra for extra honey and there was no honey in my drink at all. And I worked at caribou bristling and it took them a while to get my other item I ordered when that should’ve been the first thing in the oven so the customer is not waiting for a online order past the pick up time. And this is my second time coming to this location and I’ve had ify experiences as a black women how you treat and talk to people is DEFINITELY noticed
