I like stopping in at Caribou at Hugo’s in Thief River Falls! They are always so pleasant and my coffee always tastes wonderful! Thank you!
I do see Caribous sign that they are short staffed and to please be patient. However when I walked up 10am 6/10/26 to order the young lady working was standing at the till did not acknowledge me at all not even any eye contact. Couple minutes later she did and was ‘friendly’ but short. No customer service….. I just think when a customer comes in employee should at least make eye contact and say something along the lines of’ I will be with you shortly’.
