I'm on a long trip stopped for some coffee was the only one in line got ignored by the staff as soon as I walked away they started taking the order of the guy that just walked up behind me poor customer service if I wanted to be ignored I would have stayed at home
We ordered ahead as we were traveling up I-29, quick stop, great experience. Everything tasted great! Everyone was nice.

The Caribou Coffee at The Travel Truck Stop, I-29 exit Vermillion SD… We all know that we can get coffee almost any place. What makes me a returning customer is always excellent customer service. The Caribou Coffee at the Travel Truck Stop at the I-29 Vermillion exit has the best customer service on a daily basis of anyplace I know. Here it starts with the manager Gail. (sp?). Excellent.
