Ordered my coffee using the app and picked up using drive-thru. The employee at the window was polite and helpful. My order was correct and tasted great. No issues.
That they were able to let me know about the discount that I have at the time of my purchase.
Although the coffee was good - the customer service was not. The most passive aggressive cashier. I asked for a stick to put in my hot drink to keep it hot and she smiled, then when she looked away she rolled her eyes. Also --- when I left a $0 tip she also rolled her eyes. Handed me the drink in an aggressive matter. Not happy with the customer service at this location.
