I want to be kind here, the girl behind the counter was kind and doing her best. But by herself. Only a couple drove through customers and 1 other in store customer. Took 11 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Edit: even worse….the coffee was cold, and the strawberry refresher was mixed wrong and WAY too much sugar or whatever mix. Both got thrown in the trash and I was late for my meeting!
Poor Service, unhappy employees, recommend you drive a quarter mile down the road to get what you’re looking for.
Worst place i have ever been too waited 15 min waiting to be served they where all just taking in the lobby while the girl was on here phone in the drive thru
I don’t drink coffee, but I regularly come to Caribou for the oatmeal. The baristas working today had no idea how to make it, acted annoyed that I even asked, and the whole interaction felt rude and unprofessional. This was hands down the worst treatment I’ve ever had at a Caribou.
