I have been to this location several times but I keep forgetting how noisy it can be in there. I went today and was reminded of this. I don't mean noisy from the coffee machines, I mean from the staff. They are always taking super loud, shouting to each other and uproariously laughing. It's good to enjoy your job but this was over the top. I was wearing earbuds trying to listen to my book and could hardly hear it at times. Now I'll remember and won't be back.
To the owner of this location. Every time I come here, drive-through is painstakingly slow. Decided to go inside today on a Saturday. I was the only person in line and it took roughly 5 minutes for any employee to even look at me. Everyone had their back turns making orders and drinks. You may want to plan more staff of a person at the register, greeting guest and taking orders. Business 101
I was around Minnetonka for a quick trip and decided to stop, for a drink, which I usually don’t do. I’m glad I did! My drink was great, and Carina was so friendly Thanks!
Matt made my drink and was so very pleasant and helpful. I sincerely appreciate him!
