Manager hailey is very rude and should not be working customer service jobs. Never been so disgusted in how some one treats people. She shouldn't just not be a manager. She shouldn't have a job dealing with people at all !!

Moved closer to work last year--while I absolutely do not miss my soul-crushing commute on 494, I find that I genuinely do miss the friendliness & quality of this Caribou location. Staff are personable & helpful, offering great drink recommendations for indecisive customers such as myself.
The staff are always super friendly and kind, definitely my go to Caribou anywhere around here!
My favorite coffee shop. Food is good with good value, coffee is always great and service is always super friendly.
