Top notch experience! I did a drive through order. The individual that took my order was thorough and made a delicious recommendation for my beverage. Three different associates helped me at the window, each being friendly and professional. Super efficient service and the food/drinks were a crowd pleaser!!

I stopped by Promenade Caribou Coffee to pick up a Caprese sandwich and an iced caramel Crafted Press for a good friend. When I got to the drive thru, the employee helping me was Hailey, I hope I spelled it right, if not please forgive me. She said Caprese which was the right way and I definitely didn’t pronounce it right, which gave us both a good laugh. She was genuinely friendly, smiling, and easy to talk to.
