The only reason I give it a 3-star rating for service is that there was a trivia question on the board. I stated the answer in Fahrenheit, but the guesses were in Celsius. The question was what is the boiling point of nitrogen? And when I looked it up after I paid. Mentioned it to the employees and got blown off. The whiteboard's answer for the trivia question was not even on the board with the correct response. It was close to the answer. But the correct answer was not there. I go to this caribou every morning and it is an amazing experience every time. I get to talk to the GM, Izzy, almost every time and she is a delight every day. The store is kept up very well and it is very clean. I have nothing bad to say about this location.
