I love Caribou Coffee. The service is great.
Love coming here the staff is always friendly and upbeat and the coffee is always great
Asked for no chocolate syrup/sauce to be added to my blended drink, and it was still made with it. When I pointed it out at the drive-thru, the worker seemed annoyed and said, “Oh, you didn’t want it on top either?” Instead of remaking it, she scraped off the topping and just redid the top—even though the inside of the cup still had chocolate all down the sides. When I mentioned that, she lied and claimed it was the Oreo. It clearly wasn’t. Won’t be back. Terrible service and zero attention to customer requests.
