Caribou is the best
Been a caribou customer a long time. But they are getting cheap. They put so much ice in an XL iced coffee that fits in a small cup. I drank my drink in about 2 mins and the ice was still touching the lid. Bought 2 XL cups of ice for $15. First time I've had this issue. New cost saving initiative?
I'm a regular and I feel like there is just no customer service. Today was the second time I have been waiting for my coffee in store and they have talked about me while preparing it (not realizing im standing right there). What the heck! When I worked at coffee shops I loved my regulars. That is not the vibe here. I won't be back.
