I tried the bacon gouda souffle. It was OK but probably wouldn't get again as there was a sweetness to it that I didn't care for. Maybe the onion jam?

Absolutely beautiful store, extremely friendly staff! Britt was wonderful, she made my fresh press cold brew with oat milk just how I asked. She was so friendly and personable I will be returning here often!
