This location is my least favorite and is unfortunately the closest to my home. The constant upselling attempts are exhausting. You can’t order without having to spend 5 minutes saying no 8 different times. Before your coffee, you don’t understand how annoying this is honestly, especially after going more than 15 times. We had the best coffee today. Tasted so good! Our waiter was very nice and the coffee shop was clean. We get coffee every time when we are in the area!
Easy to order on app. My iced mocha was ready to go when I picked it up! And I was greeted with very pleasant baristas!
There was a line and service was just a bit slow. None of that bothered me. The lady that took my order up sold me on an extra shot on both drinks and talked me into lemon bread. Had a laugh with the lady on the end of the speaker. I had an excellent experience.
