Caribou is one of my favorite morning stops. The crew is always super friendly and really attentive. More than once they’ve double-checked my order by asking if I want oat milk, which has saved me from dairy more than once. The place is always clean and well kept, and the vibe is consistently good. Always a great start to my morning.

I really wanted to love this location as a person who is new to the area, I have given this particular Caribou, the benefit of the doubt multiple times and I have had three bad experiences in a row. The first experience, I was late for work because I was in the drive-through for over 20 minutes. Some may argue that this is on me for choosing to get a coffee on my way to work but it shouldn’t take over 20 minutes to get a coffee.
