The team member was so nice!! Normally I feel embarrassed when I order a drink but she made me feel comfortable!
Just what you'd hope for!
Service was fast and friendly. We felt our Turtle Mocha's were better than the hot mocha's from Starbucks. The Denver/Fiesta Bowl was good, but smaller than expected. The Chicken Chorizo Burrito was good too.
I’ve been coming to this Caribou location since it opened, and it's a genuinely great restaurant. I used to have some recurring issues with my Nitro Caramel High Rise orders not coming out quite right, but I brought it up and management actually listened. They completely fixed the issue, and my drinks have been perfectly spot-on ever since. It’s rare to find a place that takes customer feedback so seriously and acts on it so quickly. Highly recommend stopping here for the excellent service and great coffee!
