I typically don’t leave reviews, but needed to share this one. I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The cashier was nice and sweet, but the lady who was the lead/manager was very rude to me because they didn’t hear my order - I clearly stated iced coffee. I was very understanding and communicated it was okay, but the lead/manager responded in a very rude manner towards me. It was not a great way to start my Sunday morning.
First time here. Good experience. Will askore questions next time, and for suggestions.
Way BETTER coffee than the 7Brew across the street!!!! The girls working were friendly, nice and provided great customer service!! Will be returning
Employee taking our order used the kind of aggressive upselling that I just don't appreciate anytime let alone at 7am.
