I ordered a blended Caramel High Rise but was given an iced one instead. When I brought up the mistake, the employee insisted that I had asked for it iced and started arguing with me about what I said. She even involved her coworkers to back her up instead of simply resolving the issue. I even offered to pay for the blended version despite the mistake not being mine, and in response, she slammed the window then handed me the correct drink with a lot of attitude. The chai latte was a little weak even though I added an extra half shot of Chai. The staff was great and seemed very knowledgeable about their products. Next time I'll have to order something else or try a full extra shot of chai
First time I stopped by to get coffee it was so watered down I ended up throwing it away. Service was quick but the drink was so bad.
I love Caribou Coffee. But, I stopped going there because on the app, "Goods Unite Us," the store seemed to lean heavily Republican. Now, checking the app today, things seemed to have really changed. *They now have a 'perfect' score, as they no longer contribute to politcal PACS? **I got a coffee there today because of this.
