Coffee tasted very weak. I got a caramel high rise. The one i got today was so watered down it was undrinkable. It isn't my first coffee from a caribou, so I know it can taste significantly better.
Ordered on the app 10 minutes prior to getting to store. Waited 10 minutes at the window for order to be done.
Girls were friendly, smiled, thanked me, and appeared to like their job
Drive thru experience was terrible. Either the microphone didn’t work or there was too much background noise, or something. Had to repeat the order three times, the last time shouting for it to be heard. Pulled up to the window and the order was still wrong. Lots of background noise so I raised my voice to be heard again and then the woman taking my order scolded me, told me that I was very rude. I was shocked because I wasn’t even mad.
