their customer service is great and very friendly staff. Our drinks were perfect.
Love having this as a drive thru option in Jamestown, ND. The barista who took my order and greeted me at the window was super friendly. Drinks were made quickly, but I gave fewer stars as my drink (brown sugar caramel shaken espresso) taste like Fireball/fake cinnamon and not at all like I have ever had at any other Caribou location. I could not even drink it which made me super sad.
Apparently they have the best coffee cake ever
