Cecila and Jen were so unprofessional and lack even basic common sense when dealing with residents. Instead of providing assistance, they dismiss concerns and create unnecessary frustration. This apartment complex is going downhill fast, and their behavior only makes the situation worse. Please send help — management needs to step in before things get any worse.
The people who work in the office are amazing and are very knowledgeable.
I put my name on the waitlist summer of 2014 when I was desperately in need of a new place to live and every time I called to follow up about available apartments, they’d either laugh at me for checking or say no and hang up. I found a different place to live and moved on with my life. I lived at Caribou Apartments for a whole 9 months. It was really my own fault for not checking out the lack of amenities in the unit I rented. If you have disabilities Caribou is really not the place for you. The bathrooms are not set up for people with issues. The apartments are very drafty & why would management rent an apartment to a family with kids & put them on 2nd floor? Unfortunately I lived under that noise!
