I absolutely love living here , and enjoying all the amenities and of course them neighbors are wonderful as well. I have yet to have them answer the phone when I call it's always a call back and of course that's an inconvenient time for me when they did call me back I asked a simple question which refused to answer they just kept talking over me well may I help you well may I help you it's the rudest place I have ever seen well not really people these days are rude everywhere but the property management company that runs this place should hire more people if they're so stressed out they can't be polite to potential tenets... Cecila and Jen were so unprofessional and lack even basic common sense when dealing with residents. Instead of providing assistance, they dismiss concerns and create unnecessary frustration. This apartment complex is going downhill fast, and their behavior only makes the situation worse. Please send help — management needs to step in before things get any worse.
The people who work in the office are amazing and are very knowledgeable.
