I put my name on the waitlist summer of 2014 when I was desperately in need of a new place to live and every time I called to follow up about available apartments, they’d either laugh at me for checking or say no and hang up. I found a different place to live and moved on with my life. I lived at Caribou Apartments for a whole 9 months. It was really my own fault for not checking out the lack of amenities in the unit I rented. If you have disabilities Caribou is really not the place for you. The bathrooms are not set up for people with issues. The apartments are very drafty & why would management rent an apartment to a family with kids & put them on 2nd floor? Unfortunately I lived under that noise! Can someone tell me what’s wrong the manager LISA? hey LISA If you’re reading this: how the f did you get this job?! You are by far the most rude, selfish, miserable woman I’ve ever met. I am flabbergasted at the way she not only talks to people, but her clear distain for people in general should disqualify her from being the manager of a “low income” apartment complex. Lol…. I came to complain about management/Lisa…. But I see there are already many complaining about how incredibly rude she is. I’ve never met a more cruel person in my life…. And I’m 65. We will be looking for elsewhere to live and contacting the BBB as well as Colorado Department of Labor. I will be filing a complaint and reporting her and the complex accordingly.
