I went to emergency on 29 April between 3-4:30 pm. The nurse in emergency asked me to go to the main entrance’s registration desk to get the paperwork. At the desk, I was first in line still I was waiting for the lady to call me cause she seemed busy working on the computer. After couple of minutes, she said “Am I your assistant, do you want me to bring the computer to you to do your paperwork?” I was so stunned by her statement. The service here is slow and have to wait for hours on end just to get something done
Nobody in the ER gives a crap about you! 6-8 hour wait to even see a doctor! Their assessing and prioritizing is a joke.
