I have avoided going to the dentist for many decades because of anxiety with dentists until i was able to start treatment for dentures. Dr Powell was very kind and compassionate, he also has a wonderful sense of humor that helps to relax you. He also has a nice humorous, warm demeanor with his staff. You can tell they are veryco.fortable with him I highly recomend this office and dentist. This patient 500% happy with this dentist

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience on the two occasions I took my children to Dr Powell. He is rude and not very knowledgeable. He pushed for additional X-rays on both occasions for two of my children, stating that he thought that they were missing adult teeth under their baby teeth (these teeth are now in or growing in). He then pushed for an additional X-ray for one of my children as he stated that a baby tooth would need to be pulled and wouldn't come out on its own.
