I had an excellent experience at Cariboo Chevrolet Buick GMC. The general manager offered to pick me up from the airport when purchasing a vehicle from them and was very responsive over the phone, as well as arriving well before my flight landed to make sure I didn’t have to wait. My experience at the dealership itself was also great, as the team was efficient, friendly, and provided great customer service. Very disappointed. Booked a test drive on a truck drove all the way from Quesnel and when we arrived we were told there's already a deal on the truck . The salesmans name is Franklin. Very , very disappointed with how unprofessional he is .
