I've been dealing with Brad and his shop for 10+ years and he has never disappointed me..fair pricing for parts and for labor. Only mechanic shop in town that's allowed to work on my vehicles.
Have been getting all of our cars / trucks serviced and repaired at Brad's (cariboo spring) for about 6 years. So probably in excess of 20 visits, maybe 30. Never a problem, work always done properly, fair pricing, and good customer service. No problem recommending them to others.
Similar to Athena Katerina and Aleesha J's review, things started off pretty well between me and the owner, Brad, who is the one always at the front desk (fyi). Next time I was there for another unrelated service request, I all of the sudden was dealing with a rude, childish, defensive, doesn't like being questioned and temper tantrum-ridden person, who still happens to be Brad btw. Very disappointed, and exactly like what these 2 other poor customers who had had to deal with Brad said. To add to this list, he is irrational ... read more
