I called them today about a pending invoice which we paid for back in March but they never charged us. Talked to Brad who was super rude and kept interrupting me and asked me not to point fingers instead of taking some responsibility for his actions. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Rather than trying to help or resolve my issue, he seemed annoyed that I had even reached out. Father's day fishing trip and blew a wheel bearing on boat trailer....called Caribou o a Friday morning and managed to drag it i to them...they fixed us up and sent us on our way...great service...
I've been dealing with Brad and his shop for 10+ years and he has never disappointed me..fair pricing for parts and for labor. Only mechanic shop in town that's allowed to work on my vehicles.
Have been getting all of our cars / trucks serviced and repaired at Brad's (cariboo spring) for about 6 years. So probably in excess of 20 visits, maybe 30. Never a problem, work always done properly, fair pricing, and good customer service. No problem recommending them to others.
