Sharing from the expierence of a family member, who rented a property for the last year 2025-2026. Starting off he had raccoons living in the ceiling (upon talking to neighbors, this was also a problem with the last senate, meaning they never addressed issues prior to having a new tenate), 6 months of warmth soon lead to winter.
