Great location, great place. But please don't rent 10i unit. The owner always postpones anything she has to fix, for example we rented the unit for 6 months, ever since we were there the living room lights never worked, we asked her to replace it, she said it's always been like this and the ceiling is way too high to change it. Last hurricane in 2024 we had to be somewhere else, since the balcony door never locked and we told her to fix it a few times.
