Not professional at all. I've been tanning a long time. First, it took 15 min of staring at a computer w/ no communication to check me in. Then I was taken to a room w/ cold bare floors to tan & she came back to ask how long I wanted.Then I had to holler for her to turn it on. Then since I was doing a spray after, I was forced to come back out to the front desk in my robe to go to that room & wait for the one person who knew what was going on to come turn it on. Good experience! Had a treatment with Kayla who did a great job and made me feel so comfortable. I love the space, too - it’s modern and clean.
