Old bulbs broke down equipment. Dirty floors negative unprofessional management. Told the staff the bulbs were burned out in a bed for 2 months. Finally when I was over the fact and verbally telling them that I was unhappy with it. The management came up to the building or would call the police. There were sparks coming from the fan in a bed. State of the art equipment, a wonderful staff.great complex.
Not professional at all. I've been tanning a long time. First, it took 15 min of staring at a computer w/ no communication to check me in. Then I was taken to a room w/ cold bare floors to tan & she came back to ask how long I wanted.Then I had to holler for her to turn it on. Then since I was doing a spray after, I was forced to come back out to the front desk in my robe to go to that room & wait for the one person who knew what was going on to come turn it on.
