Always a great experience
Terrible customer service. I visited the place for the very first time and had a terrible experience with the cashier. I canceled my purchase and explained to her that a little manners would actually help. Management really needs to Instill the argument that CUSTOMERS and SERVICE make their business flourish.
yesterday was my very first visit and it won't be my last they were doing temperature checks at the door and I live how its clean and well organized very helpful staff amazing products and prices didn't get any dasheen bush but hopefully on my next trip, AMAZING
Very rude staff. Refuse service to those with face covering unless it was a face mask. CDC recommends face covering with any material. Typical difficult west Indians, making up their own rules without knowledge of requirements.
They are rude! I called to find out if they carried an item, the guy that answered the phone told me that I can order it off the website couldn't find it on the website even after using various amounts of words to search for the item in the search box. I called back first they allowed the phone to ring until it stopped then I called back someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up!
