Greg and Tyrell just closed my pool. I have a tendency to hover over contractors and both were obliged to answer questions. I have a tricky setup which makes installing the safety cover challenging. If they were frustrated at any time you'd never know it. They seemed to take it all in stride. This is the first time the install went perfectly without any pockets in the cover. I followed Greg around and he welcomed it - super personable and very thorough. Love these guys!!

Caribbean replaced our pool liner this summer and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The price was competitive and I was impressed with thier communication and workmanship once the installation process started. There were several people involved in the process and Terry and Tommy went above and beyond to answer my questions and explain why a couple of other minor repairs were required. I would 100% recommend Caribbean. Thank you!
I am celebrating my daughter’s birthday this weekend and ran into an issue with my pool heater not working. When I called in 3 days prior to the party, I was told it could take up to two weeks for service, but Carol went above and beyond—she was so efficient and got back to me right away, expediting my request within just 2 hours of my call.
