We have worked with Caribbean Pools for 19 years. They installed and have maintained our pool continuously. In the past few years as our pool has aged, we have had to replace various parts, including our Pool cover and this year our liner. We appreciate their prompt service and response to our requests. Anthony Strain is our representative for our services and he has been wonderful to work with. He is prompt in responding and receptive to our needs.

I have been having issues with the chemicals in my jacuzzi. The lady who helped me today I wish I would have gotten her name went out of her way to help me and explain everything to me. I appreciate it so much because I’m still trying to learn. She didn’t have a problem at all with me asking so many questions and she was just the definition of excellent customer service!
