Matt and Greg are the best pool designers and a pleasure to work with!
Substantial damage to the surrounding plants and concrete during installation. Cracks in concrete from one of their clumsiest employees (I have a video) dropping heavy equipment directly onto the concrete during setup and again during cleanup. Some kind of material (rubber? Tar?) was leaked on our walkway as well, never cleaned up. Over $500 in damages to landscape alone once I had the annihilated flowers bushes and tree replaced. Looking forward to writing this review, as the team I worked with went above and beyond for my family. I would like to point out my pool took about two months to complete starting from the first dig to us being in the pool. There was never a week of silence. Caribbean always had the next contractor lined up ready to go and that’s a big thanks to Fred and Britney for being on top of everything. Quick and easy process. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to! Beyond thrilled with how our pool turned out!
First off, my pool looks amazing. From the design process in their shop to the in field execution the pool looks great. The team was thorough in showing me the different tiles, pebble tec, features, which was greatly appreciated. The team was very communicative during the entire building of the pool, and would field every question I've had. During the warranty process I had to get a light fixed, and the team was on it quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
