Meet the Manager Rod O. Manager “Do you know the MUFFIN MAN?”, “Have you seen the MUFFIN MAN?” People all around the Metropolitan area have been asking this very question. After owning and operating a restaurant for nearly two decades, the “MUFFIN MAN” is back and better than ever at Caribbean Plate in Falls Church, VA. He is the new General Mgr. & Creative Director who plans to spice things up in Northern Virginia by introducing an authentic style of Jamaican cuisine few have tasted.

Love it every time! Delicious and friendly. Wish they had one closer to Reston! Beef/chicken patties are my go to snack any time I pass through the area, the full sized meals/plates are top notch as well. And they have Cream Soda!
The food is Amazing. You must eat at this restaurant. The best in the area.
We had the Curry Red Snapper. Absolutely delicious! You must try this place. The owner and his staff are so nice and welcoming.

Was in Washington DC for my granddaughters graduation and one of her friends was leaving back and we wanted to get something to eat so I suggested Jamaican food and they were so excited. The food here is really really good I was so impressed with the Decour I travel and I think this is the best Caribbean spot that I have been to thus far the ambience was awesome and are service was excellent.
