Ordered catering from here as a group lunch for a recent board meeting. Food was really good! We had the calypso chicken, curry chicken, rice and peas, plantains, rolls and my favorite, the Caribbean mac and cheese (delish!). Appreciated the personal service and delivery. Nicholas the owner was great to work with. Plan to use again, highly recommended.
Caribbean Kitchen delivered a fantastic experience! Chef Nicholas called me the day before to confirm and to ask if there was anything I needed. Chef Nicholas was on time and the food was delivered hot! Caribbean Kitchen is a true gem for anyone craving authentic Caribbean cuisine. Caribbean Kitchen catered our graduation party for about 150 people. Everybody loved the food -- especially the chimichurri sauce that went so well with beef kabobs! Owner/chef Nicholas was so helpful and friendly, and we were able to just relax and enjoy the party. We barely had any leftovers, and what we did have disappeared the next day when several party attendees decided to come back over with their own to-go containers!
On Friday, June 6th, Caribbean Kitchen catered a meal for our group of about 30 people, and it was truly outstanding. The food brought back memories of my grandmother’s cooking on the island—rich, flavorful, and made with care. Amazingly, even those with special dietary needs in the group were not left out, and every dish was equally delicious. Everyone found something to enjoy. Ten stars up! Thank you, Caribbean Kitchen, for making our event so memorable. Highly recommended! For carting or just eating out this is the place.
