Caribbean Kitchen Catering did an incredible job supporting a couple of events for our teachers. From the very beginning, they were thoughtful partners in the planning process and made everything feel easy and well cared for. Caribbean Kitchen absolutely knocked it out of the park! The coconut curry was packed with flavor and had just the right amount of spice- warm, rich, and perfectly balanced. The slaw was a pleasant surprise and so delicious; I loved the addition of apples and raisins, which gave it the perfect touch of sweetness and crunch. We had mango-glazed beef, Bahamian Mac and Cheese, coleslaw, rice and beans, and key lime cheesecakes from Caribbean Kitchen today for a meeting of office staff at a local construction company. It was a huge hit. The food is flavorful and fresh, and I think everyone appreciated something that wasn't pizza or cold sandwiches. Everyone grabbed one of the flyers Nicholas left behind on the table on their way out. I'll be back soon.
