The neighborhood is safe—I’ve even accidentally left my car door unlocked, and nothing happened. I let my son play freely and have never felt unsafe here. Initially, there were some issues, including pests, neighbors not keeping common areas clean, and occasional parking concerns. The parking is very hard to deal with. If you’re thinking of moving here, check out the amount of spots vs number of people living there. They do offer reserve spots for an extra fee which is nice added to the amenities fee that’s also on top of rent. There were other issues in my year spent here but parking was the most difficult to deal with. This video is shortened from 2 minutes. This was the closest available spot to my unit in the back.
Not the best but was well worth the price. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and maintenance was timely, reliable, efficient and friendly.
