The parking is very hard to deal with. If you’re thinking of moving here, check out the amount of spots vs number of people living there. They do offer reserve spots for an extra fee which is nice added to the amenities fee that’s also on top of rent. There were other issues in my year spent here but parking was the most difficult to deal with. This video is shortened from 2 minutes. This was the closest available spot to my unit in the back.
Not the best but was well worth the price. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and maintenance was timely, reliable, efficient and friendly.
Management is horrible. Parking is horrible. Prank parking violation stickers placed on some vehicles that don’t move but not others(these shred when peeling off). Prices go up every lease, pool never open, blanket threats of fines and eviction via text whenever they wants to micromanage where we park, which trash can we use, when we can’t use the amenities we pay extra for, etc. So expensive to be so stressful.
