I was standing in line waiting to order at the outside window and had people in front of me and the girl call someone for there food then instead of trying to take some orders she just shut the window and never came back to get some orders...very rude not good customer service...I have to think again about coming back
Every time I come, I purposely plan to arrive well past the “ready time”. Every time it takes way longer than expected. This time, 55 minutes PAST the time it was expected. I counted 9 people at the window also experiencing this as well, not counting the drive thru. The food is good, just be ready to never receive it.
It's very disappointing to be writing this. It almost breaks my heart. The food quality has gone down significantly! Opening the second location was a waste. There is always an issue with my order there and it just doesn't taste the same the the original, ever! This time was the final straw. From a child growing up in the same neighborhood to now an adult, all my life Caribbean has always been a go-to for our family. I just cannot see myself wasting money any longer, especially at the second location.
Wow..Just wow. . Today was my first time trying food at Caribbean Ice...my friend and I stopped for lunch. Their Carribean Spice burger was phenomenal, and their Home-Made Ice cream finished off the meal perfectly. The only thing I'm mad it is, my dumbass has lived here since 2017, and I'm just now trying them for the first time...I wasted too many years of missing out on good food..
