My mother has gone here multiple times and has encountered a lady who has treated her and others nastily. No “Hi how may I help you”, just mean energy. My mother has decided she will not return to this location as a result. Fortunately there are others in the area, because she does enjoy the food itself. This place on 1960 surprises me every time I go in there the employees are so rude and unwelcoming. The is every time I go in there no matter who it is. I wish I didn't love there meat patties but hat going in the deal with these ladies. Yesterday the lady seemed to get very upset because she didn't have enough coins for my change so she snatched the tip jar to get changed. Again no hello just "Yes" unbelievable and after all that attitude no Thank You
We stopped by this establishment expecting at least the basics of customer service. Instead, we were utterly disappointed. The lady at the counter never greeted us, never acknowledged our presence, and seemed far more interested in flirting with her colleague than doing her job. Clearly, customer patronage means nothing here. We didn’t even bother tasting the food after that display of indifference.
